Barcelona in Catalonia on the northern Spanish coast is the country's second largest city and is situated 101.5km [63.4 miles] south-west of Girona and 101.2km [63.3 miles] north-east of Tarragona.
We have used Plaça de Catalunya as the centre point of the city which is Barcelona's historical centre, 450m north-east of the Cathedral and at the northern end of the famous Las Ramblas Boulevard.
